Chris Cozens : Life Arts

Chris cozens

RMANM (tutor) Life Arts founder

Chris Cozens created Life Arts to give people an opportunity to change their lives. You can experience free holistic advice, taster treatments and much more by attending a festival. You'll find a fantastic atmosphere that frees the mind and will help you on the road to a better life.

It’s all about giving service to the community for Chris. His motivation is to offer an ethical, honest and professional holistic experience. This attitude shows in the countless reviews and testimonials Life Arts receives.

It all started when Chris left the RAF after 22 years service and went through a difficult emotional period. He turned to a reflexologist for help and then saw a crystal healer and shaman. Since then Chris has trained in disciplines such as Thai yoga massage and kinesiology.

Chris set up Life arts in 1988, offering complementary therapies and specialising in Indian head message. This has grown into a wide range of training, including The Association of Natural Medicine accredited courses. Since 1999, over 2,000 students have benefited from his training.

To date, the BBC has interviewed Chris 6 times and his work has taken him to the USA, Spain and the West Indies. Chris has worked with the mental health organisation MIND, a world-wide hair salon chain and has taught the blind and deaf.

Chris is a complementary teacher and therapist with a difference. Come to an event or attend a training course and you will see this reflected in everything he does.

These special festivals are not the largest in the world, but they CAN change your life for the better.

It really is all about helping you.
