Would you like to discover how you can learn to meditate in just 15 minutes? You can by joining us in a short session throughout the day.

Experience the Healing Calmness of a Buddhist Empowered Space! In a Cathedral, for example, or a beautiful place in Nature, you can feel a deep sense of calm and peacefulness. Buddhist Masters developed techniques to recreate such an Empowered Space anywhere.

The European Buddhist-Hanmi Association have used these techniques to create a genuine Buddhist Empowered space - The Buddha Cave – available for you to benefit from throughout the show.
