Thank you for sharing such an amazing day on Sunday 6th April 2008 at the Woodbridge Mind Body Spirit Festival , so much good energy. I had so much positive feedback all day long from the public about the exhibitors, variety of stands and see and such great workshops; I would like to give a special thanks to those who facilitated the catering, Leeora and Eddie, for the fantastic food and service. The hall was captivated by Lucinda Drayton’s appearance too, who also give an amazing evening performance. The whole event was buzzing full all day from start to finish with fantastic energy.
With the hall looking very busy by 11am, I thought I would let you know that even with challenging weather conditions, with heavy snow falling in the afternoon, nearly 700 came to the Woodbridge Mind Body Spirit Festival 2008. A new marketing strategy had paid off, coupled with great efforts from all of you who put so much effort in displaying and distributing posters, flyers and brochures, thank you on behalf of all of us.

Life Arts, headed by Chris Cozens, was established in 1998 offering complementary therapies and specialising in Indian head massage. Today we offer training including Association of Natural Medicine (ANM) accredited courses, a variety of day workshops and in its forthcomind 9th year Woodbridge Mind body Spirit Festival. Since launch more than 1,250 students have qualified in Indian Head Massage with Life Arts. 4 & 5th April 2009 WOODBRIDGE MIND BODY SPIRIT FESTIVAL |

Reserve this date in your diary now so you can soak up the calming atmosphere of this Spring's Mind, Body, & Spirit Festival. The established stands that sell crystals, books, oils, lotions and potions, and others offering taster treatments, including Reflexology, Shiatsu, Indian Head Massage, Healing and Energy Balancing, will all be there. New treatments on offer include Ayurvedic facelift from arguably UK’s top teacher Savita Patel, hot-stone massage and no-hands massage to list but a few. Also, relaxing “live” music from Lucinda Drayton, vocalist from Bliss, who will be performing an evening concert at this venue. Other musicians will also be performing and gourmet catering from Leeora’s Kitchen will support other senses. Over the years I feel that many mind body soul/spirit exhibitions have become too commercial, with a disappearing number of therapists taking part and just too many selling. I take great care in projecting the right energy at each event. I make sure that at two-thirds of the stands public can experience a holistic session. My philosophy extends to our exhibitors who are chosen because of their natural holistic, non-materialistic attitude, integrity, and honest inspiring nature. The venue is located in the historic town of Woodbridge. It has easy access and is close to a waterfront of natural beauty. |

I have been asked again to put on a concert in Suffolk for Lucinda Drayton, vocalist from Bliss. Of course I have said yes. Details on how to purchase tickets will be on this site early next year. The date is 8pm Sunday 5th April 2009 at Woodbridge Community Hall, Woodbridge. This will be preceded by the Mind Body Spirit Festival 10am - 5pm with "live" music being performed by Bliss and others, stage demos, many workshops and 40 stands. Indian Head Massage Courses |
|
The 2-day intensive course is suitable for both qualified bodywork practitioners who wish to add another string to their bow, and for those wishing to practise on family and friends. On completion of the course to a satisfactory level of competence and understanding, a Certificate will be posted to enable insurance cover as a practitioner. This course is BABTAC approved and counts towards a national accreditation award with the ANM. Footnote!!! One to one courses now available. Please enquire. |
