Introduction: -
Over the hills in a not-so-distant land, nestled in the beautiful Suffolk countryside is a place of tranquillity we have called ‘Back to Nature’.
And so it came to be, that for a weekend, a group will come together and share their knowledge, skills and experience. Helping to re-balance peoples busy lives in natural surroundings, with the help of mother nature and our experienced, highly knowledgeable facilitators; Cheryl Sayers, Ruth Anderson, Demian Allan, Naomi Tamayama, Wayne McHugh, Gina Vermilio and Tim Wells.
We begin the weekend with an opening circle around a fire pit, with storytelling of ancient myths and legends, then entertainment by local folk musicians. Saturday and Sunday workshops are offered, that you can choose to participate in or instead, simply enjoy being in this special place for the weekend. Experience introductory workshops on foraging for natures wild herbs and edible plants, a sound journey with meditation, astrology for the soul, how to connect to crystals, Hatha Yoga, Tai Chi and Chi Kung.
Catering: -
For a reasonable price our caterers will be offering freshly prepared food for breakfast, lunch and dinner and can cater for special requirements, all served in your own containers/plates/dishes. Including refreshments such as Chai tea, freshly ground coffee, teas and juices. Or you can choose to bring your own food and cook by your pitch. Bring your own crockery and cutlery to reuse over the weekend, hot water and washing up facilities are provided.
Accommodation: -
Bring your own tent and experience the wild camping area. Or have electric hook-ups for a small additional fee; for tents, campervans, caravans or motorhomes.
Not into camping? How about booking one of the on site comfortable cosy cottages - only four available so hurry! Facilities: -
The site has plenty provision of toilets, wash basins, washing up area, hot showers, a recycling area and electric hook-ups away from the wild camping area. Large marquees also, for any changes in weather:-)
Holistic stalls, treatments & readings: -
Over the weekend specially selected therapists will be on site offering a variety of treatments such as Reflexology, Indian head massage and body massage. Also psychic readers including tarot and a well known international astrologer! You can book up and pay directly at the time with them individually. We will also, have a few selected stallholders; selling healing crystals, ceremonial cacao, herbal medicines, foraged teas and more.

The weekend experience includes camping pitch, parking, all the workshops and the entertainment by our gifted musicians - price is £145 per person, no children or pets - this is your time!
Note: Not included are treatments, readings, food and refreshments.

Approximate location is about 8 miles from Ipswich, 60 miles from Cambridge or 25 miles from Colchester. Directions are included in the tickets.
