Cancellation, Refund & Free Name Change Policy

COVID - You can cancel and request a full refund: If UK Government advice changes on covid, and it becomes illegal for you to go on a UK break.

COVID - You can cancel and request a full refund: If in the seven days before 24th June 2022, the government requires you to self-isolate and there’s no option for you to release yourself from this weekend break. Evidence will be required.

We will process your full refund: If your booking is cancelled by us because of any reason.

Cancellation by you (non-covid): If you decide to cancel your whole booking or to cancel an individual person booked in your party, then any paid balance above the deposit fee, will be refunded in full 6 weeks or more prior to this weekend break. From 6 weeks to no less than one week prior to the weekend 50% of balance payments will be refunded. Within the seven days prior to the weekend no refunds are possible, due to the heavy fees payable in advance required to make the weekend a success.

Free Name Change Policy: We have a 'Free name change policy' - you can take advantage of this at any time, so someone else can go in your place. Simply email the details to chris@lifearts.co.uk
