If you are attending Yoga classes please bring your own mats as we have a limited number of mats will be available

Poses are held for up to 3 mins passively allowing energy to be freed up in the body. Mainly floor based poses. This class is great if you feel tired, over stimulated, overactive mind or when your energy feels erratic. The class is suitable for all abilities including beginners.
