What's new?

New - Readers room

A special area has been set aside for you to have a 1-2-1 reading with one of our very special international readers. The area will be a quiet and anbient.  You can select a reading at the weekend directly with the reader of your choice!

Outside area - Free NHS Health Check

ACE Lifestyle a non for profit organisation commissioned by Essex county council and Public Health to offer the free NHS Health Check programme  in the community for people aged between 40-74 who live in Essex - however, at this event, we are able to offer some aspects of the check to those who do not meet the age bracket.

We offer immediate results regarding cholesterol, from a small finger prick blood sample, whilst also doing a blood pressure check, measuring height and weight and asking a few lifestyle questions. All results are recorded for patients to take away and lifestyle advice is given, where appropriate, to help reduce risk of cardiovascular disease.

At this event we will also be offering blood pressure, height and weight checks to anyone who does not meet the criteria for the full health check. We are also on hand to offer guidance and referrals in to local stop smoking services and free weight management programmes.

Outside area - An Ethical Life

Bulk household liquids, loose wholefoods and plastic alternative products for a completely plastic free shopping experience. Bring your own containers!
