Live Music Stage
SATURDAY
From 10.30am to late Saturday we have a packed programme.
Plus, from 5pm live performances with tribute bands ABBA, Bee Gees and now also Elton John, plus support act!!!
*Bars open from 4pm / *Food stalls open all day and evening
SUNDAY
We have a great line-up too with live performances from 10.30am to 5pm, including belly dancing and Suffolk Soul Singers!

Emmaus Suffolk
Emmaus Suffolk is a charity which works with vulnerable, socially isolated or long-term unemployed people and those at risk of homelessness across the county.
We will be bringing pre-loved vintage and festival clothing you can buy in the festival field. Plus, a selfie-red carpet clothes show area!
Preloved Chica
For the first time Preloved Chica will be attending the Suffolk Mind Body and Spirit Festival with her unique collection of preloved clothes from around the world.

Guy Cry Club CIC - DOODLE STATION
The doodle station will be a space to doodle a feeling, encouraging those that come to express themselves through art in an accessible stress-free way.
Who is this for? Anyone and everyone - a FREE walk-in workshop space for all. No booking required, no cost, donations to Guy Cry Club CIC welcome.
