Hazel Baldwin is a fully certified through YMCA CYQ Yoga Alliance Sun Power Yoga, Sports Yoga, Chair yoga, Aqua Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga trained by leading exponent David Swenson, Aqua Yoga qualified, Advanced Emotional Freedom Technique practitioner, Healing nutritionist and Personal Trainer, CBD therapist and friend. Hazel is the founder and owner of Hazel & Co Yoga Studio located on Beach Street Felixstowe, where Hazel’s dreams have come true, teaching yoga and supporting mind and body healing.

Heseya : Yin Yoga
Are you feeling out of balance lately? In need of grounding? Join me for a 45-minute flow to connect you with the universal life force and your own energy force to bring emotional and physical balance and healing where it’s needed. Focusing on aligning subtle energy with intention and promoting parasympathetic nervous system activation (rest and digest) whilst moving through a variety of hatha and yin poses suitable for all levels.
Abigail Jenkins - Heseya yoga - 200hr yoga beginner asana and yin teacher, reiki practitioner and a long serving mental health nurse with the NHS. She is passionate about bringing your well-being into your heart and mind. Creating a safe space as you realise everything you need is within you.

Yogability
Yogability brings authentic Nepalese yoga into the western body type regardless of age or ability. This fusion between authentic yoga and innovative techniques means the dynamic duo teach as a pair bringing a fresh perspective to the yoga community. This gives them the ability to offer meaningful adaptations and support to alignment and breath when needed.
BIO: Ellie & Steve are both disabled yoga instructors. Steve has a visible disability as he has one arm and Ellie has an invisible disability called endometriosis which causes her chronic pain. They choose to see these as their “superpowers”.

Move your Belly
Hips don't lie, but they circle and flick in this fun workshop as you step into middle eastern (belly) dance. Learn some 'belly basics' which we will form into a little dance routine, guaranteed to make you smile.
Leanne Carrington-Payne of Mystic Bellydance has been teaching the way of the belly (dance) since 2007, guiding students on their dance journeys and performing across East Anglia and beyond with her troupe.

Yoga Flow
Hatha Vinyasa Yoga is an invigorating yoga class combing breathwork, mantras, a good physical workout and a rewarding relaxation.
Cristina is an energetic Brazilian lady, mum of 2 and ex-workaholic business woman who saw in Yoga the potential to change her life for the better. She is passionate about helping others in their path towards health and wellbeing through her yoga practice. She also loves music, dance and more recently has been enjoying to play an African drum called djembe.

Safe Space Women's Yoga
Join Eloise for a class of deep self enquiry, uniting the mind and body to discover your natural ability to heal yourself. Focusing on the natural rhythms and cycles of a Women's body in all its glorious stages. Celebrating our connection with Mother Earth and connecting, grounding and releasing. In this Women's circle Eloise will guide and nurture the divine feminine energy reconnect forgotten and ignored parts.
Eloise Stevenson specialises in creating sacred space for women together so they may explore the healing path in a safe space. She has dealt with personal physical and emotional trauma, she began to her path by travelling to Bali and qualifying as a yoga teacher from then she has journeyed into her inner world so that she can draw from personal healing and provide sacred intuitive spaces for women.

Qi Gong
Gentle exercise from the Medicine less hospital in China to cultivate energy for health and happiness. No experience necessary, wear loose clothes and a smile!
BIO: Ruth Anderson has been studying Thai chi and chi kung for 40 years and trained in China and Europe. Her masters are Wei Chi Fen, Zhou Zhi Haou, Chen Lei, John Ding and Nigel Sutton. She is on an incredible journey, happy to meet other people on this path towards freedom and happiness.

Honour Yoga : Hatha to Vinyasa
Inspired by the sea a Sunday Yoga Flow class.
BIO: Holly Aldred is Suffolk born and currently lives in Essex. My training encompassed Yin, Hatha and Vinyasa. I have gone on to teach all these forms of these practices, solely or as part of a mixed session. I have guided sessions in person and on-line, from a Slow Flow, to Beginner’s flow to Yin and Meditation.
