What is the Sauna Box? A mobile sauna & ice bath providing sauna & Ice bath session

Can I book at the weekend? Yes, but there is no guarantee of a session
How much is a sauna & ice bath session? 30 minute session costs £10 p/p / £40 for private sauna (up to 6 people). For ice bath dip only, the costs is just £5
Do I need to bring anything? Yes, Bring swimwear and a towel to sit on
Is a changing area provided? A change tent will be available
