The TeaPod’s founder, Thérèse Coyne, has been a vegetarian since her teens and a crêpe and waffle fan for even longer. Growing up, pancakes were a family favourite for celebrations, unexpected guests, quick meals and midnight munchies. Thérèse was taught to make pancakes by her mother and soon became a dab hand at the quick pour, twist and flip!.
