Essential oils are energy! – Aromatherapy is not just about lovely fragrances; the oils are actually part of the light spectrum! They omit a pulse and like all living things, they have an electromagnetic frequency. In this talk, Margaret will be looking specifically at the qualities and frequency of Rose oil, Lavender oil, Frankincense oil and Sandalwood oil.

In this talk, Paul King will detail how recent research by Harvard University and other organisations has shed new light into how the healing process works, and is proving what Buddhist Masters knew 2000 years ago, that the human body has an innate ability to heal itself.

Jack will be running a Tibetan Sound Bowl concert for peace,relaxation and mental health. Enter into the magic and mysteries of ancient Tibetan culture during an antique Tibetan singing bowl concert. The sound of the bowls can touch you very deeply and result in profound peace that leaves you feeling wonderful,balanced and at peace with yourself. The frequencies produced from the Sound bowls will clear your chakras and aline your energy placing you in perfect balance in Spirit,Mind and Body.

Life Arts is again providing a weekend packed with complementary therapies, spiritual guidance, health advice, meditation space, workshops and healing music. This event is fundraising money for the local Woodbridge High Street shop Charity ‘Oxfam’ and we will have many fantastic prizes to be won in the grand raffle.
There will also be workshops and talks on a variety of different subjects, many free.
