Life Arts is again providing a weekend packed with complementary therapies, spiritual guidance, health advice, meditation space, workshops and healing music.
Chris Cozens, who established Life Arts in 1998, has been organising Mind Body and Spirit Events since 1999 and ensures all exhibitors are selected by merit, integrity, experience and professionalism.

1) FREE (excludes the mediumship demo)
2) * Mediumship demonstration attendance is by ticket only - bought from the entrance table for a suggestion minimum donation of £5 to the Emmaus Suffolk - supporting homeless people in Suffolk - If you are non-waged or low waged, just say to our entrance staff 'Pay what you can'
3) Children U16 FREE, but must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times
